This private demonstration ("Demo") of the Aurora AI Companion platform is made available to you by Softandpix Ltd. ("Company") solely to evaluate a potential business relationship. By entering your details and proceeding, you agree to the following terms: 1. Confidentiality. The Demo, including its design, functionality, underlying technology, screens, copy, data, and any materials shown or discussed alongside it, is confidential and proprietary information of the Company ("Confidential Information"). 2. Restricted use. You will use the Confidential Information solely to evaluate the Company's product and will not disclose it to any third party, publish it, or use it for any competitive, commercial, or other purpose without the Company's prior written consent. 3. No recording or redistribution. You will not record, screenshot for external distribution, copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data from the Demo, except as reasonably needed for internal evaluation notes. 4. No license. Access to the Demo grants you no license, ownership, or other rights in the Company's intellectual property. 5. Term. These confidentiality obligations survive for two (2) years from the date of your acceptance below, or until the information becomes public through no fault of yours. 6. Acknowledgement. By checking the box below and entering the Demo, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms on your own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of the organization you represent. This is a lightweight confidentiality notice intended for demo-access purposes and is not a substitute for a fully negotiated NDA. For larger engagements, the Company is happy to execute a mutual NDA on request.
